To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please follow these simple rules: Before your departure:

• Household Linen: Gather the bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels in front of the washing machine in the kitchen.
• Trash: Take out all your trash (kitchen, bathroom, WC). The trash area is located to the right as you exit the building.
• Cleaning: Please leave the apartment clean and tidy. This includes completely emptying the refrigerator, freezer, and any cupboards containing perishable goods. Also, ensure that the oven, microwave, and other appliances are clean. Do the dishes and put them away before leaving.
• Security: Lock all doors and close all windows when you leave the accommodation.

General Rules:

• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Visitors: No additional guests are allowed.
• Parties and Noise: Parties are prohibited. Please respect the neighborhood.
• Parking: Please park your vehicle in space number 11 in the basement (-1).
• Smoking: Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. Use an ashtray and keep the balcony clean.
• Energy Saving: Please do not overconsume and use heaters sparingly.

In Case of Incident:

If you break something or if there is damage to the equipment or the apartment, please inform us immediately.

Check-in and Check-out:

An inspection will be carried out when handing over the keys and at the end of your stay.
