Upon Arrival:

Our concierge will be there to welcome you and conduct a check-in inspection.

An ID from each traveler will be required to confirm your reservation.

Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please inform us in advance.

Upon Departure:

Our concierge will be there to collect the keys, perform a check-out inspection, and bid you farewell.

Check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Please, before leaving:
  • Linen: Gather all used bed linens, towels, and kitchen cloths.
  • Trash: Take out all trash (kitchen, bathroom, and WC). The trash room is located to the right as you exit the building.
  • Cleaning: Please leave the apartment clean and tidy. This includes emptying the refrigerator, freezer, and cupboards of any perishable items. Ensure the oven, microwave, and other appliances are clean, as well as the dishes.
  • Security: Close all windows and turn off all heaters before leaving the property.

  • Pets: Pets are not allowed.
  • Visitors: No additional guests are permitted.
  • Parties and Noise: Parties are prohibited. Please respect the neighbors.
  • Parking: Please park your vehicle in spot number 11 in the basement (-1).
  • Smoking: Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Use an ashtray and keep the balcony clean.
  • Energy Saving: Please avoid excessive consumption and use the heaters sparingly.
